Less common techniques (used especially in cases with women experiences problems conceiving) include intraFallopian and intraperitoneal insemination, where sperm is placed near the mouth of the Fallopian tubes and ovaries. There is also a rare technique called intravaginal insemination, where sperm is placed in the vagina.
